What is ImmiAccount?

ImmiAccount is the Department of Home Affairs’ online portal for lodging and managing visa applications.

Getting started

  1. Create an account at online.immi.gov.au
  2. Use a valid email address you check regularly
  3. Set up your personal details and security questions

Lodging your application

  • Select your visa type and start a new application
  • Complete all sections of the application form
  • Upload supporting documents (PDF, JPEG, up to 5MB each)
  • Pay the visa application charge
  • Submit your application

    ImmiAccount accepts PDF, JPEG, TIFF, and PNG files. Each file must be under 5MB. Ensure documents are clear, legible, and in colour where possible.
