You can include your partner (spouse or de facto) and dependent children in your skilled visa application. They will receive the same visa with the same conditions.

Who qualifies

  • Partner: legally married spouse or de facto partner (including same-sex)
  • Children: dependent children under 23 who are not married or in a de facto relationship

  • Partner: approximately $2,320
  • Each child: approximately $1,170
  • Each family member also needs health checks and police clearances
